Meet Dr. Stephanie Shelburne
NESBEM is led by Dr. Stephanie Shelburne, a Mind-Body Medicine specialist with doctorates in Mind-Body Medicine and Holistic Nutrition, a master's in Somatic Psychology, and over twenty-five years of clinical experience bridging biomedical science with integrative wisdom. Her proprietary frameworks — including Sacred Metabolism® and the Five Vital Resonance Systems — form the backbone of NESBEM's curriculum and represent some of the most innovative thinking in the field of human bioenergetic optimization.
She is also, as her students and clients will tell you, someone who practices what she teaches — a researcher who lives on a farm, a scientist who listens to bones, a visionary who can see where the world is heading and is quietly building the path to meet it.

Dr. Stephanie Shelburne—by phone, Zoom, or in person, whichever you prefer.
Step 3
Once accepted, you’ll receive a short registration packet by email and submit a $100 fee to secure your spot—fully credited toward your tuition.
Step 4
A school representative will reach out to help you choose a payment plan and create a schedule that fits your needs.
