FOUNDATIONS OF
LIVING WELL

A 3-Day Immersive Retreat to Restore Your Energy, Reconnect with Your Rhythm, and Remember What Living Well Feels Like.

Step away from the noise. Come home to your body, your breath, and the quiet intelligence that sustains you.

You’ll step into the core concepts of vital resonance, ancestral connection, and living coherence — learning not just ideas, but direct practices that awaken your innate rhythm and clarity.

Think of this weekend as the beginning of your journey home to yourself — a time to slow down, connect deeply, and experience what “living well” actually feels like.

Why This Might Be Exactly
What You Need Right Now

Most wellness experiences offer escape. This one offers return — to yourself, your vitality, and your natural rhythm.

The Foundations of Living Well experience is where you begin listening differently — not to what’s urgent, but to what’s true. Through guided movement, breathwork, and embodied practice, you’ll rediscover how your body’s systems of mind, energy, and emotion communicate — and how simple daily rituals can restore clarity and flow.

You’ll leave not with more ideas to chase, but with a felt sense of coherence: knowing what nourishes you, and how to return to it.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

For Women Ready for Depth, Not Distraction

If you’ve outgrown surface-level wellness — if you’re craving meaning, renewal, and a grounded connection with your own vitality — this retreat is for you.

It’s a space for women in transition, burnout, or reinvention. A place to slow down, remember what matters, and reconnect with the wisdom your body already holds.

No prior experience needed — just curiosity, presence, and willingness.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

Over Three Days, You Will…

  • Reconnect with your body as an intelligent ally — learning to listen, respond, and restore balance from within.

  • Discover your natural rhythm — the personal pulse that guides your energy, rest, and renewal.

  • Explore how ancestry, environment, and emotion shape your sense of wellbeing — and how to align them in harmony.

  • Engage in guided breathwork, imagery, and movement practices that weave together ancient wisdom and modern insight.

Start Where You Are.  Begin with What’s True.

This immersion is your invitation to step into awareness — to live more fully, honestly, and in tune with what sustains you.

It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering how to live well, from the inside out.

A Note From Your Facilitator:

Dr. Stephanie Shelburne

“All of NESBEM's programs are inspired by years of study and practice in integrative healing, resonance medicine, and women's health.

This 3-day experience distills the essence of one of our pillar programs — so you can feel it in your body before you study it with your mind.

Living well isn’t about more information; it’s about alignment, rhythm, and remembering what already knows how to heal.”
